  What is Yokefellowship?
Simply put, Yokefellowship is the beginning of the discipleship process. This dynamic ministry was founded on the first century model found in Acts 2:42-47. On was on the day of Pentecost that the Church of Christ met in small groups and encouraged each other through feast and fellowship.  In the first century, Yokefellows were compelled by the Holy Spirit to help one another in the fellowship of baring the cross of Jesus. Many times that burden led them into harm’s way. The Greek word is used to describe those united by any bond, such as marriage, relationship, office, labor, study or business; hence, a yoke-fellow, consort, comrade, colleague or partner.
