It includes, unselfish loving, honest sharing, practical serving, sacrificial giving, sympathetic comforting, and much more. It’s the “Yokefellow experience". Your role as a group leader or assistant is to leader in a small group setting. Your main role is to lead a small group of 3-5 members through the Yokefellows Growth Study.
The Yokefellows Growth Study "Moving Towards Maturity" is a 12 lesson guide for each group leader, assistant and new convert(s). This team should be comprised of one Yokefellow serving as a leader and another as the assistant. This will allow a two-fold benefit: (1) the new convert(s) will mature in Christ themselves and (2) the "Assistant" will learn Yokefellowship leadership and grow spiritually.
