In addition to the incomparable gift of Jesus Christ Himself, God has given each of us one or more spiritual gifts – special abilities which are to be used to bring glory to God by helping to unify His church and grow His kingdom. These assessment are designed to help you identify those special gifts and how to use them. Of course, these tool are basic and should not be considered the absolute end-all-be-all in determining what you are gifted to do, but it may well prove to be a helpful guide.
Secondly, you should complete these assessment is so that you, the church and its ministry leaders can know the gifts and talents you possess. You may have just the gift that someone needs to do the Lord’s work more effectively. In addition, if this assessment can help you identify your gifts, you will be much better equipped to seek out those ministry opportunities best suited for your abilities.
